Biographie

A former pupil of Gaetano SGARABOTTO at the violin making school of Parma where he studied from 1926 to 1930. He worked then during the years 1931 and 1932 with Léandro BISIACH (father). In 1933, he went then in Germany to work at Weinfurt on Main and in Berlin with Michel STROBEL. In 1934 he went back to his home town to settle his own workshop. Sesto ROCCHI won fifteen gold medal in national and international competitions as Sainte Cecile Academy (Rome 1956). Liège (1960) etc...
